In the heart of Kenmore Square, Row 34 marks a new chapter for chef Jeremy Sewall and business partner Shore Gregory, who have spent more than a decade shaping New England’s modern seafood landscape. The newest outpost brings the team back to a familiar address (the former home of Island Creek Oyster Bar) where they’re reimagining the space with the energy and hospitality that have defined Row 34 since its beginnings in Duxbury Bay. Built on a deep connection to the ocean and the people who harvest from it, the restaurant continues the brand’s mission to serve honest, ingredient-driven seafood in a setting that’s both lively and welcoming.

At Row 34 Kenmore, guests can expect the signatures that made the original a Boston favorite: a raw bar stocked with pristine oysters, crudo, and ceviche; plates like tuna crudo with black garlic aïoli, warm buttered lobster rolls, and lobster roe pasta; and a beverage program that balances craft beers, coastal wines, and inventive cocktails. The design reflects the restaurant’s evolution — airy and modern yet grounded in maritime warmth, with a striking central raw bar, an expansive lounge, and The Lineage Room, a private dining space for up to 65 guests.

For Sewall and Gregory, the opening is as much a homecoming as it is an expansion – a return to a neighborhood that helped shape their story. With five locations across New England and a team of more than 300, Row 34 has grown thoughtfully, anchored by its people, its partnerships, and a steadfast commitment to community.
