Just steps from the USS Constitution (the oldest commissioned naval ship in the world) in the Charlestown Navy Yard, Pier 6 boasts some of the best views of the Boston skyline from its floor to ceiling windows and its expansive outdoor seating areas.

But it’s not just about the beautiful water views at Pier 6. The restaurant, which was renovated in 2013, features an inviting mahogany bar that’s perfect for after-work cocktails, an intimate private dining room for special occasions and a menu full of classic New England seafood dishes and contemporary American fare.

But back to those views for a moment. As soon as the weather warms – pretty much from April to October – the waterfront restaurant practically triples in capacity when its roof deck is open for business. It’s a perfect spot to catch a breeze and take in some gorgeous scenery.
