Starting with flavorful olive oil-the base of most Tuscan meals - dishes layer impeccably crafted and sourced elements like handmade pastas, fine local and imported cheeses, housemade sausages, wild mushrooms, and fresh vine-ripened tomatoes. Pizzas are crisped to perfection in the stone oven and game and fish cooked alla griglia are enhanced with oak, hickory and maple.

The dining rooms at Toscano historical elements with touches from contemporary artisans around the globe. Century-old walnut floors, Italian stone walls, hand-carved doors, and masterfully painted chandeliers by Ulla Darni impart old-world elegance and all the warmth of Italian hospitality.
